I am a faculty member at Cambridge University, holding the position of University Lecturer (Asst. Prof.) Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the General Robotics, Automation, Sensing and Perception (GRASP) Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania, where I worked with Prof. Vijay Kumar on multi-robot systems. I completed my PhD at EPFL, Switzerland, where I addressed the topic of localization with ultra-wideband sensing for robotic networks. My dissertation was awarded the Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) award for the best thesis at EPFL in the fields of Computer Sciences, Automatics and Telecommunications. My industry experience includes one year working on cutting-edge sensor technologies at Sensirion (during which period my team launched the world’s first multi-pixel miniature gas sensor), and one year in Japan working for Mitsubishi Electric in the robotics industry.
